A golf tournament, a pickleball tournament, and a corporate mini-Decathlon — all open for registration. The day starts with a registration and networking breakfast, runs through the morning sport events, breaks for lunch, transitions into the Decathlon, and closes with awards and a band-led cocktail evening.

Pickleball Tournament — The Five Draws
Five competitive draws running in parallel. Each draw needs a minimum of 8 players or teams to proceed — final bracket format determined by total registrations.

Depending on how many registrations we receive for each format, we will decide on the final draws that go ahead. Bracket structure — round-robin, knockout, or hybrid — will be set once registration closes on August 16.
Corporate Mini-Decathlon — The Ten Sports
Three competitive formats across ten sports. A fast-moving post-lunch experience for solo athletes and mixed teams.

Doors open. Players check in at the registration tables, collect tee gifts and event credentials, and connect over breakfast and coffee in the clubhouse.

Welcome from the Kids and Paper team, recognition of Title and headline sponsors, and the day's run-of-show briefing for players and captains.
- 9:00 AMGolf Tournament & Pickleball Tournament
Shotgun start for the 18-hole golf scramble. In parallel, the bracketed pickleball tournament kicks off on the courts. On-course contests, beverage stations and brand activations run throughout.
- 1:00 PMLunch Break
Players regroup in the clubhouse for lunch. A chance for sponsors and guests to meet, network, and reset before the afternoon's team competition.
- 2:00 PMCorporate Mini-Decathlon
The post-lunch corporate Decathlon — a fast-moving series of team-based challenges open to companies that want to participate without committing to a golf foursome. Perfect for mixed teams, ESG-led groups, and non-golfers.
- 4:30 PMAwards Ceremony
Recognition across all three formats — golf, pickleball and the Decathlon — plus the on-course contest winners. Title sponsor naming moment and the scholarship contribution update.
- 5:30 PMClosing Cocktail · Networking · Live Band
The day's wind-down: cocktails, a live band, and one final hour for sponsors, players and supporters to celebrate together. The room where the day is remembered.
